K1000 - Software Library Domain User

Im having difficulty to understand the installation rights of KACE agent and software library. Basically all the PC connected to K1000 are agent deployed. User (non-local-admin & non-domain-admin) will be accessing the KACE through user portal where user will be able to view and download the installer in the software library.

can (non-local-admin & non-domain-admin) install software downloaded from K1000 software library? any explanatory on this?

Answer Summary:
If the item is set to Install or Script then KACE will install the software as system, the same as if you deployed the software through a managed install. If, however, you are using the "Download" option Package Type, then the user would require admin privileges to install it, just as if they downloaded something from the internet. By default it will be ran as SYSTEM. You can create an online script if you want specific user credentials.
