K1000 SMTP Settings for Exchange Servers in an Array

We have Exchange 2010 setup in an Array, for redundancy of course.  The Array is named, EXCH-CAS-ARRAY that consists of EXCH-CAS-1 and EXCH-CAS-2 which both have a DNS Record, with different IP's.  EXCH-CAS-ARRAY does not have a DNS Record by name, but does have its IP address under two different names.  I am not the one who set up Exchange, but I do know it works as is for our Outlook Email, internal and external mail using EXCH-CAS-ARRAY, (something to do with auto discover i think).
Currently we have to use EXCH-CAS-1 or EXCH-CAS-2 in our SMTP settings on the KBOX with Port 25.  We cannot get EXCH-CAS-ARRAY to work the same, even if we use the IP address.  We believe it worked before our upgrade to 6.4 but not 100% sure, (we did not set KACE up years ago)
Any suggestions would be great.  I am not an Exchange guy so.... not much help on that end lol.
