K1000 ServiceDesk Best Practies?

Hi all,

I am looking for a documentary for the Best Praties Kace K1000 Service Desk. Yes, the user guide is nice, but there is no more? I've already looked at the KKE Sissions, but found nothing useful. I am looking for anything special, but what else I can do from the service desk. Stop practies best.
