K1000 - Service Desk Possibility To Export Tickets?

When using Kace service desk I'd like to easily export tickets to.csv. I can only find that option in the adminui (choose action > export). Can I add this menu to the userui? I haven't found any hints on that in the manual or on itninja.
It would be nice if our users did an export so they could see e.g. open tickets in their department.

  • I don't believe there is a way to add this on the User side as typically a user doesn't need those rights. If a manager wanted to see how many tickets their department opened, you can create a report and have that scheduled to go out via email.

    You just have to make sure that you have a way to identify those tickets based on department. Maybe a custom field?
