HI, We are running 6.4.522 of K1000. We are having major issues when the email queue address is included in a group mailing (as in our New Hire Notification list) and then, via email, a recipient hits "reply to all" but then a new ticket is created.
Anyway to prevent  a new ticket being created if email queue address is in the CC?
Any help would be appreciated as sometimes 8+ tickets are created from one email.
