K1000 SD -Block a new ticket being created if Queue email address is CC on the email and someone "replies to all"
HI, We are running 6.4.522 of K1000. We are having major issues when the email queue address is included in a group mailing (as in our New Hire Notification list) and then, via email, a recipient hits "reply to all" but then a new ticket is created.
Anyway to prevent a new ticket being created if email queue address is in the CC?
Any help would be appreciated as sometimes 8+ tickets are created from one email.
