K1000 remote access

Hello,

If I want to NAT the K1000 so that my users can access the helpdeak, which ports do I need open? Is it just http?

To access exclusively the helpdesk in terms of tickets and KB the port 80/tcp is enough.
If you are using HTTPS you will need to allow port 443/tcp.
