K1000: Possible to Monitor Patch Progress?

Everything appears to be configured appropriately and I run the schedule but then I am simply returned to the previous page left to wonder if my machines are being patched or not.  Is there a way to view patching progress anywhere in the KACE console or am I relegated to staring at the agent machines hoping it all works out?

  • To clarify I am aware I have some limited view of what is going in in Agent Command Queue but there does not really seem to be any way to see what is happening in real time. - slypig86 9 years ago

I did some work on this and developed a program that can perform some monitoring of patching:

With version 6.0 of the appliance there is no longer a separate log for patching, however so my application will no longer work until updated. You could use the same basic concept to report on systems and check the new log file manually, however.
