K1000 Patches marked "complete", but not actually patched
K1000 8.1.108 - patching 2008 r2 and 2012 r2 servers. Servers were marked "Completed" in their schedule and the patch count showed a few patches were supposedly installed. But afterward, I logged on to each server and none of the updates had been installed. We also ran a scan with a seperate tool confirming the Kace reporting was incorrect and the patches had not been installed. I created a request with Kace support yesterday, but haven't heard anything back yet.
Updates were the 2018-12 packages and the Malicious software tool. But this also occurred in previous months so it's not just the December patches.
Patching manually with Windows Update succeeded.
