K1000 old agent refresh

I currently landed on a previously configured K1000 using agent 5.4.5315-x86_k1000.msi, it is setup to run in GPO under>computer configuration>policies>software settings>software installation

when looking up inventory in k1000 I dont see all computers registered. how do I refresh this?

by the way this is out of support from quest and I cant get any updates or new version.

any help or advise will be much appreciated

  • If those computers are missing, do you know if they are able to communicate with the K1000? If they are having issues communicating with the K1000, then they will not show up in inventory. May want to go to those computers and check the logs or see if uninstalling/reinstalling the agent gets the computer to register again. - KACE_Irwin 3 years ago
