I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has tried to allows users to use the Kace Mobile Go app outside of their network. My thinking is that a user can submit a ticket if they are at home through their phone. If you have, what settings did you make on the firewall and/or what was you process.

the appliance needs to be avaiable over the internet, since the Go app is mostly a browser.

Regarding your question.
I forwarded the port 80 and 443 from the router to the appliance.
(and of course the amp port)
As soon the appliance is reachable via internet and the mobile access is allowed globally and to the user the connection works.
