Ever since an upgrade last year, techs UI for Inventory\Devices defaults to My Items view instead of All Items view. Where can that be changed?

If you are seeing "My Items" in the device list page, that means your device scope is restricted to certain devices. Hence the default filter is "My Items". You would only be able to take any action on devices under "My Items" and other devices are just as readyonly records. If you wish to always see "All items" and take action on all items, then you will need to remove the device scope label from your role.
