We are working with several versions of iPad with the K1000 Go app (current version, and earlier version), and either none of the selections fields are working (either single select, or multiple select), or just the multiple select in any of our Service Desk Queues.  Depends on the iPad version.  The fields are there, but the drop downs don't show up, or just a thin box that you can't select.

I know there's a known issue where if there is too much data you have to rotate the screen, however, this is an issue whether rotated or not.  Has anyone seen this?  *Not an issue on Android*

We have the exact same issue on our K1000 go app, we are using version 2.4.963, see from my image below

I would suggest that you log this with support so that they are aware of the issue, we will do likewise
