K1000 Full Restore - Unable to ping or access via OLD IP or NEW IP?!

I uploaded our live service backup files via ftp to the new appliance.
Changed the ip address of the LIVE service so it didnt conflict with the restore when completed.
I then clicked restore on the K1000 NEW and it accepted the backup files and went on its merry way of restoring....
I left it over night (12 hours so far) and when I go to access the new appliance to check neither old or new ip address' are reachable.
Does this mean the box has failed restore OR is it a simple reboot of the new appliance as it hasn't rebooted itself automatically?
Anyone else had a similar issue?
