K1000 "Don't send empty reports" still sends empty reports

Hi Guys.

I have a reports that are being mailed to clients even though they are empty.

They are custom reports made for me by Kace pro services. 

I have checked the ...."Don't send empty reports" radio button.....

but they are  still being sent.

Any ideas anyone?
