K1000 - Allow service desk ADMINS to delete tickets but not service desk techs?

Is there a way to set this options for two separate groups? As it is, it appears to affect the queue on the whole, thereby removing the option for everyone rather than a specific group. Am I missing something?

As far as I am aware, allowing ticket deletion is a "queue wide" setting and there isn't a way to enabled it for certain users.

I have a separate queue for admins (basically just higher level staff) where we track projects and things that aren't related to support requests. I have ticket deletion enabled on there. You could do something like that where you have a second queue only accessible to certain people just for ticket deletions. Then when there is a ticket that needs deleting you can just move it and delete it. 

Not so much a solution as it is a workaround but it would get the job done.
