Java3d 1.5.1 Silent Install
Hi Guys I was wondering if anyone has created a silent install for this Java version
I have tried a few things like java3d-1_5_1-windows-i586.exe /s ADDLOCAL=ALL, extra IEXPLORER=1
but the information I can find is for older versions
If I try java3d-1_5_1-windows-i586.exe /s /v "/qn ADDLOCAL=ALL, extra IEXPLORER=1"
I get the licence agreement popup

All the JREs I've encountered extract an MSI. IIRC, this version extracts to %TEMP% but if you can't find one there, then it'll almost certainly be in the '%UserProfile%\Application Data' structure somewhere. Once you have the MSI, you can use the silent switch and its parameters for MSIExec. As usual, this is all clearly documented in the 'Package KB'

Thanks for that I found it in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\{3225C812-5FB8-41CE-B15F-997F80151000}
