You can define the proxy settings within the deployment.properties file which is located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment

Since it is a text file and not an .ini file it's not that easy to modify. If you have Wise Package Studio, use WiseScript and add an Insert Line into Text File custom action for example.

Hope this helps

Hello Cheers for the quick reply i was just wondering if you know what i need to change/add to this file?

We have a network of 1,500 users that all have roaming profiles i dont need to put that into all of there profiles do i? ( e.g Applcation Data)

I can just deploy java with that file edited the way i need it under

C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment

Thankyou once again for your help much appriciated
