is webfiltering possible on the DMM

Hi!
we have a diverse set of departments and would like to know if web filtering can be set up on the DMM?
unlike blacklisting and white listing, we have a diverse environment.
some mobile users will need access to certain websites and others not.
is there a way to block or "filter" certain websites?
