IS there any way to input templates in the KACE Service Desk for End Users?

I would like to create a drop down selection such as New User Creation and a template will populate for the user to input in the information.
Also would it be possible to input the Knowledge base drop down as seen on the administrators new ticket window?

Yo can create dropdown fields with customfields - to create one of this go to
> Service Desk > Configuration > Queues > 'yourqueue' > Ticket Defaults [Customize These Values]
Here you can edit in 'Layout Ticket Fields' and 'Custom Fields' your field as you want it.

'CUSTOM_1' is named in the table as 'CUSTOM_VALUE_FIELD0'
