Is there a way to lock a ticket when someone has it open?

We have an issue once in a while with 2 people editing a ticket(new/unassigned) at the same time. is there a way to lock or flag a ticket that it's open by someone?

  • I think this would be a great feature request. I am only in a 2 person department but it always seems we both grab a ticket and try to handle it at the same time. - ohiosoundguy 12 years ago
