Is it possible to recover tickets from a deleted Queue
We had created a Queue ahead of a possible expansion and users were using it to submit tickets unknown to us... We deleted the queue without knowing that there were tickets in there... Can we get them back somehow?
Do you have backup files from your appliance that are prior to the deletion of the service desk queue?
If so, you could restore the backup to another virtual appliance. See what tickets if any that need to be recreated in the original appliance.
If you want any of these tickets moved to the original appliance without manually entering the ticket data.
