Is it possible to deploy a wifi cert to macOS devices?

We have a lab of M1 iMac's with expired MDM profiles.  Networking advised the cert needs to be deployed by 1/12/23 so instead of wiping the machine's and re-enrolling their MDM profiles I'm looking to see if KACE can push the wifi cert to the lab instead.
