IRI plus suit error
Hi Friends,
I am troubleshooting on IRI plus suit application. This is an add-inn application, for power point and excel
Problem: After installing source, when I try to launch xlerate plus shortcut, then it should launch excel, with addinn, but it excel gets crushed.
It is giving following error message:
It is a source behaviour, but the problem is, it is giving such error on client build, on normal xp machine with office installed, it is not throwing such message. So I took snapshot of both the installations, but I did not find any conflicts.
Please guide.

You should contact support for the add-in application. The error is being caused by plussuite.shim.dll.

Do you have any flavour of .Net Framework installed on the machine you're testing on? From the faulting file's name, I'd suggest that it needs one.
