Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional

Hi everyone.
I am trying to create a silent installation for Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional ..............I tried by creating a response file(iss) and used it for silent installation . But i have to delete the desktop shortcut..Can anyone help on this please?

If this route is available to you I would really suggest attempting to recapture the application to an MSI.
this will allow you to regain the level of control you need to for example easily change shortcuts.

Mallikarjun, delete the shortcut using delete file command in batch file
