I need to be able to block the automatic IE 11 update thoughout my network but I can seem to find the IE 11 patch to disable it. Am I looking in the wrong place?

  • Yes, I have the IE 11 blocker and can run it to block individual machines. If this is my only option then how do I roll out that blocker toolkit with the KBOX? And why does the update not show up as a patch that can be disabled like all other patches?

The toolkit sets this registry key - so you can push this out via a Kace script which is what we did:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Setup\11.0]
