I dare say currently there's really only one: InstallShield.
Depending on your (employer's) budget, you could look into getting some specific training from Flexera or partners.

To head off VBScab, first thing you should do is read and digest Phil Wilson's 'Definitive Guide to Windows Installer' (links elsewhere on the forums). This offers in-depth coverage of Windows Installer technology.

Nowadays also having a solid grasp of Application Virtualization technologies in a must. Things like App-V or VMWare ThinApp definitely merit attention. For App-V you could have a look at the Trial Guides from Microsoft: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/appvirtualization/cc843994
