We just purchased bomgar and we are trying to integrate it with our service desk.  I have followed the documentation from when Bomgar and KACE were partnered together and when we send the session and the end user clicks the link it sends, they are receiving an invalid start method.  Bomgar thought it might be the API configuration within the custom ticket rule.  Does anyone have their 18.2.9 Bomgar software integrated with the K1000 Service desk?

This was usually only down to a URL in an email, sent from a ticket rule. I think looking at the API may be over complicating it. I would check your URL.

I do have an old BOMGAR doc for the integration which may help if you want to email me

contact the Bomgar support, since they changed a few things in the connection API and they should be able to provide all nessesary informations.
