InstallShield Script Engine issue only with SCCM

I'm deploying a software and am having issues with SCCM only. I can test deploy the software as SYSTEM (using PSEXEC -i -s) and everything goes fine. I package using the same command with SCCM and it fails. All the MSI logs point to the ISScript not being avaliable? Any ideas?
