Installing two application using same MSI

Hi,

This may be a rather silly question to ask. But wanted to find out. Can a single MSI install two applications so that both applications are seen as two different entities in the ADD/REMOVE Programs list.

If it is possible how should we proceed.

Please provide your feedback. Thanks in advance.

Thanks and Regards,
Nilo.

One one to do it, is to make a Custom Action, or kinda that calls the second MSI-package from the first.

If you are running a SMS-server (i guess other deployment tools has simular settings) you can also set a dependency on one of the package, so it will automatically install the other one.

No, never do this. Two applications means two MSI packages.
