Installation

Hi ,

We have customised SnagIt 9.0.2 and are using it . But we all of a sudden are facing issues that SnagIt is not installing .
SnagIT installer. It stops responding it says 6 seconds remaining.
I tried to uninstall via add remove and via msi.exe. using TRANSFORMS Command also but not able to Install/Uninstall.Same problem with lots of users.When user tries to install it shows attached exit code.

Any Suggestions ?

Hang on...my crystal ball is fogged up...

On what little information you have provided, my guess would be that the workstations are unable to see the original source location of the MSI. As ever - and as you have been advised many, many time before - take a verbose log and/or use a process/file/registry monitor to see what's going on.

You misunderstood.

Use a process monitor like ProcMon as you install so that you can see WHY the install is faltering. Also, a verbose log will tell you what MSIExec is doing.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
