Install Java 7 update 25 silent with auto update turn off

I know it has been asked, but I have no luck installing Java 7 update 25 with the auto update turn off.

In the Distribution, Managed Software Installation

  I have this in Installation Command

            jre-7u25-windows-i586.exe" /s JAVAUPDATE=0

It runs silently, but the auto update is still on.

I need HELP.

After you run your silent install, add the reg key with this setting:

 

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy]
"EnableAutoUpdateCheck"=dword:00000000
