Is there an MSI for the version(s) of Skype you're trying to install? If so, that would be the easiest to make silent with /qn switch. - JasonEgg 7 years ago

I just deployed Skype for business to our network.
I used this command.
"setup.exe /adminfile SkypeBussiness.MSP"
(Without the quotes).
But the thing is, I used the package creator to create the exe and msp file.
Skype for business is a whole folder of files, just like Microsofts office. Its the same principle as deploying office.
Search "How to deploy Office 2013 with KACE" on youtube. Its a tutorial by Marco Zappon.
That is what I used to deploy Skype for business 2016.

I used office 2013 files disc and when running the /admin to customize I only allow lync 2013 to be installed when I created skypebusiness.msp

Hi.
Sorry been away.
So.... did you see the video I told you about on youtube?
From your last post, you seem to be on the right track with the MSP file.
Did it work? - akmagnum 7 years ago

As you can see, this is how my admin gave me the
Skype for business folder. This is the package you need.
It should look like an office MS folder.
Try and look for it to download...
Then follow the instruction as in the Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4J42gIUw4s
.. EXACTLY.
Instead of doing it for MS office.....You do it for Skype
When you are done the you will get the MSP file , as shown below.
Then use the kace to deploy.
FOLLOW THE YOUTUBE VIDEO TO THE END!!!!
