Install and activate connectify through K2000 post installation

Hey guys still really new to the K2000 system and am having a hard time installing and activating Connectify.  I am wanting to set it up as a post installation task if at all possible but i also want it activated at that time as well.  Can it be done or am i trying to do something i cant?
