I have captured an application & getting some junk value in the clsid registries?
Value Name: InprocServer32
Data Value: [~]|@?NXei_[\]]x@+`s+JCJ_Q_>W~38d4KX[\]]&4RF-1FP?)$[~]
Do i need to keep this entries or delete it?

This is part of a the Darwin descriptor (entrypoint), seems that you have captured an msi or a self-healing query.
You can delete this.
