Initial Patch Subscription Not Downloading
We are having issues with downloading patches. Just recieved the Kbox1100 2 weeks ago. its seems to have downloaded a good amount of patches but the last week or so, its no longer downloading. It's Stuck at 1/1725 patches downloading. I've tried restart the box, stopping and restarting patch update service, as well as double checking that the firewall is not blocking any downloads. im reading the logs but do not seem to know where anything about the patches would say about currently downloading patches. Any help would be useful!

Just FYI, if you have a firewall with packet inspection, the above issue may be causing that. you will need to exclude the kbox from packet inspection for patching to work fine!
