Inheritance from Parent to Child ticket in a process

I am building a process (as I have done many times before) but when I tick the box in the process I would expect the child ticket when I add it has check boxes at field level to show which ones I want to inherit. However when I add the child ticket that are no check boxes. 

Allow child tickets to inherit fields at creation time from parent ticket

I am not sure why this is happening (works sometimes but not others). Is there some meta data causing this.

  • Sounds like it may be what kace calls a "defect". Do you have a support account? Id open a ticket if so. - barchetta 1 year ago
