Incoming email CC field needs to be added to CC in Support Ticket

When a user either submits a support ticket or replies to a ticket and adds someone to the CC field of their email, I need that email to be added to the CC field in the support ticket. Currently this information is just being cleared or something.
Is there a way I can delete attachments in a Support ticket?!? My people have images in their signature lines and stuff and I want to delete them from the ticket.

[EDIT] - To answer the second part of your question... i haven't ever needed to but I just looked and found no method to remove comment attachments.
