Incident Management, Paging, and Kace

Just an open question.

How do you all handle incident management and paging for high severity events?  Does anyone have a good integration between their incident management / paging system and Kace?

As far as I know there are no integrations, you will need to use email, perhaps driven from a custom ticket rule to reduce email overload
