Before upgrading to Kace 5.5, I was able to find some documentation on importing tickets from our two older Service Desk apps into Kace as a "Ticket Asset". I now have 48k new "Tickets". We are now on Kace 5.5. How do I now go about changing those from the standard asset to actual records in our Service Desk in order to be searched for and referenced?

I wrote this for 5.4 but according to the change log, none of the tables associated should have changed.  Give it a look over.
