Importing csv file into Kace knowledge base

Is there a way to import a csv file into the knowlege base?  I have found ways of importing into the helpdesk, but this is not what we need.

Are you trying import existing knowledge base artilces from another helpdesk solution?  I don't believe it is possible to do that.

Trying to import another helpdesk into the knowledge base so we can search it.

I found how to import another helpdesk into Kace. But was wondering if it can be imported into the knowledge base.
