My company is currently using Numara TrackIt v 10.5 and are looking in to migrating over to our K1100 service desk in the future. 

We have several years worth of audit logs in the form of helpdesk tickets and would love to find a way to import them into KACE as tickets. Does anyone know if there is functionality to do this?

  • Mike, we could do this for you, as we have the technology, but there would be a consultancy cost as this is not standard KACE functionality. The key to the import would also be matching up data fields from Trackit into a Dell KACE queue, but we could recommend that you create a fresh queue, just to hold the historic ticket data.
