We are running the latest version of Filesite on +-400 computers. On about 10% of these we have Outlook 2010 hanging on loading. If we remove the Filesite add-in it works fine. Users need to end task on Outlook to try again. Running outlook.exe /resetnavpane works most times but is not a long term solution.

Any ideas?

I'm not getting any answers from Autonomy etc.

  • One thing i can add is Filesite does not work with 64bit versions of office. This is one reason why most of my users are still on 2007
  • I would upgrade both iManage to 9.3.3 and at least Office 2016. I was a lot of issue with older version
