I'm troubleshooting why KACE SMA is hanging up downloading patches

I've been running the KACE SMA for 2+ years. I have a weekly schedule set up for Detects and Deploys. I have my machines grouped into labels. It's been mostly a smooth operation. On Friday my Mac guy said that he ran a Deploy to all of the Macs. As of this morning 0% has completed and all of the machines are in either Pending or Downloading status. I checked my Windows deploy that ran on Saturday and the same thing. 15% have completed. The rest are either Pending or Downloading. I checked with the network guy and nothing has changed settings-wise or port-wise. If nothing has changed on the network then is there something within KACE that could have changed to affect the Deploy? Could all of my agents be down at the same time? I have 10+ people that have access to the admin so maybe a checkbox setting has been changed in the patching process and has not been reported. I'm still looking into this but I will have to stumble upon it to find it on my own. Thanks for the help.

Can you check if a patch download is still running from your "Patch download settings" page and when did it last complete? It could happen that someone has subscribed more OS and the patches for that OS haven't completed the download so the status is "downloading". You can also check the patch download log from Settings->logs->patch download log
