If I change the IP address of my DellKACE system will the agents just find the new IP?
or will i need to go and touch every computer to look at the the IP for the DellKACE

That depends on how you have installed the agents. For the server address, did you put in the FQDN or the IP address. If you entered the IP address then I'm afraid not. If you put in the FQDN then thats not a problem as you can change the DNS entry to aim at the new location and you'll be fine

Makesure to flush your dns cache for the old entry, it makes the agents check in a lot quicker. Besides that once the new dns record is out there the machines will just check in. If it's ip based then you need to change the conf file with a dns address before swapping ip addresses. Check you smmp.conf for the address used for the kace appliance.
