IE8-how to supress Favorites and Feeds
Hi,
I am working on Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0.
I have used IEAK admin tool kit from microsoft to configure the IE and final product will be an MSI.
Here I could not supress the "Default Favorites and Feeds" using the Admin Tool kit. This configuration not working for the General User but working good for Admin Users.
Please, need your sugessions.
Thanks,
Regards,

[font="times new roman"]This configuration not working for the General User but working good for Admin Users.I suspect that your package a) makes entries in a HKCU key and b) is deployed by something like SCCM/SMS, Altiris, or whatever. In that case, you either need to create a dedicated user feature, to which you assign a "child" feature containing an advertising entry-point (e.g. an advertsied shortcut) or to use Active Setup.

so that the conversation will remain readable.
