IE 8 Custom Deployment

Think I have pretty much nailed the browser down except for one minor detail. I am using IEAK for IE 8 to customize the browser for our environment. I cannot get rid of the FREE HOTMAIL link on the Favorites Bar. Am I missing something while customizing with IEAK? I have removed all Microsoft's favorites, suggestions, and otherwise.
