Icons for msi installs
I have been install some programs that already come in a msi package. This is great except when running the install an Icon is not placed on the desktop. I know that Kbox has a wizard to do that but I'm thinking it might be a good idea to have that function in the scrip.

You might be able to modify the msi to install a shortcut on the all users desktop by checking for options at the vendor's site, using an editor like Orca to modify it directly, or by repackaging it.
