ICE 03 Error Not a valid foreign key
Greetings Everyone
I have many years experience in building packages from scratch and re-packaging apps my software of choice is wise studio but i am currently using AdminStudio 7.5 and getting error ICE03 referencing the Shortcut table column Icon_ i have removed and rebuilt the shortcuts even added an icon to the icon table that i know is valid but still the error keeps coming back.
Very frustrating this only occurs when validating the msi can anyone point me in the right direction? I have been googeling around to find any know bugs or clues to resolving this issue

Is it an executable shortcut?
can you post exactly on what is on the icon table?

The Icon_ column in the Shortcut table must match the exact entry (Icon name) in the Icon table.
Make sure you have type the correct upper and lower cases.
