IBM Lotus Notes R6 Client 6.5.3â€Â
“IBM Lotus Notes R6 Client 6.5.3†which is a Vendor MSI. I am facing problem in AIP Installation. The Vendor MSI was previously not taking the changes as per the MST and was creating 2 folders under INSTALLDIR “Lotus Notes†and “LotusNotesâ€Â. We changed the directory structure in the MST and /a installation is creating correct directory structure as stated in IM on the network point. Now after /a if I am going for /i from the network location, all the files which should go to c:program files are getting installed on the network point again (scriptingsvr1WSPWSP ASMLProjectsAip)
Does any one have solution for this?? The application is of HIGH priority, ur valuable suggestions are highly required!!!!

Lotus Notes Client installation CD contains Installshield Tuner for creating MST .

We deployed it by just using the msi that came on the media & adding a transform to install some additional options.

Not sure I can help your problem, but I would create your "/a installation" as you call it again to revert to before you made changes.
I performed an administrative installation (/a) of the vendors MSI and also created a transform. I used a new empty transform template in Wise PS 5.x to change what I needed to. I installed to Program Files and had no folder problems.
