I would like to restrict the knowledge base to certain users with a user label. Can someone assist me with this? Has anyone ever done this? I am using a K1000 applicance. Thanks
I am attempting to create a user label that will restrict access to certain knowledgebase articles. Basically keep individuals out of articles with sensitive information. I am looking for assistance. Thanks!

Go to Settings > Users and select the checkboxes next to the users you want to add to the label.
Click on Choose Action > Add Labels and give your label a name.
Go to Service Desk > Knowledge Base and select the checkboxes for the knowledge base articles you want to show to those users. Click Choose Action > Apply Labels and select the label you created in the previous step.
Now the knowledge base articles you selected will only be visible to those users.
